Joining or Renewing Your Membership Via Mail
If you do not wish to use a credit card online, you may download, print, and fill out this membership brochure and mail it, along with your check, to PO Box 6711, Mobile, AL 6711. Please indicate your membership level of choice on the memo line of your check.
Acknowledgments and Renewals
As HMPS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, all members will receive an acknowledgment of their donation by mail for tax purposes, along with a membership card for the year. Members may join at any time during the year. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the ability to set up an automatic renewal payment. Therefore, you will be notified by email and/or mail when your annual membership is ready to be renewed.
