Harry Miller is a native of Baltimore, a past sojourner in Asia, and a twenty-two year resident of Mobile, where he teaches Asian history at the University of South Alabama. He is the author of Southern Rain, a historical novel set in seventeenth-century China, and Meet Me at the RASCAL, an experimental Oulipo-generated satire, set in a near-future, dystopian, America, which caricatures every species of moral, social, and political decadence and is a lot of fun.
